need work

I am in St.Paul MN, trying to get my lco up and running. I have put ads in local papers, put flyers in local stores, have a website, and still no work. I have gone door to door with flyers but sometimes not enough time in a day because I have to work a full time job that sucks the life out of me. I have had a few calls gave estimates but still nothing. It seems like people want to hire the kid down the street for $10 a mow, and I don't think my prices are out of line. I'm not sure if I should put more ads in papers, or put a sign on my truck, or what I can do get some work. Anyone got some good advise.
