Rototilling estimate help

How do you guys charge for rototilling? I have a customer that wants an area tilled that measures 72' long by 9' wide. The area was overgrown with weeds and tall grass and was cleared last fall. Also, the area has been recently sprayed and nothing is currently growing. Once tilled there may be some rocks to be removed from the tilled soil.

Any insight that you guys can give is appreciated.
