I offered this service and only have had 1 job, I used a scoop they sell at HD that fits the gutter, I also took my own hose with a sprayer that has the different spray heads....I charged $25.00, took about 45 minutes....

I charge $30 for single story with gutters across the front and back. $40 if gutters wrap around entire house. I usually climb on the roof and blow them out with the blower and I aim the blower down each downspout to make sure I see air blowing out on the ground. The blower works with a little wetness but if the gutters are full of water you have to clean them by hand or you will make a mess. I up the charge by $10 to hand clean. I do not do two story houses.

depends on how high & how easy they are to clean our... as stated, if you can walk the entire roof safely & blow them out with blower then $30 - $45 is fair. If you have to climb a ladder much then the price goes up. And if there is standing water in the gutters you will make a mess unless you do it by hand. I use a pressure washer to do most of my gutters.
