Echo weed wacker running rough.

I have a year old echo weed wacker 230. It started running and starting rough a few days ago. Good top end power, but it seems to choke from idle to top power. No smoke, just tough excelleration. Any ideas, it has no adjustment screws. thanks

Could be dirt in the carburetor, which is causing it to run rough at idle, and maybe the unit could benefit from a good cleaning inside and out.

Could very well be a bad plug, clogged air filter, or if you have a spark arrestor then that could be the problem.

Could you give us some details about what you were doing when the trimmer started running rough? the info can help make a very accurate diagnosis without wasting time looking at the wrong thing.
