Need Advice on Sodding Contract

I have a cust. who asked me to draw up a contract for sodding his backyard & laying a rock border for his flower beds and 2 trees. I've never had to draw up a "contract" for a job--mostly people accept the estimate, pay half, we do the job and then they pay the rest. I don't currently have the funds to purchase template software & was wondering if anybody out there could tell me how to word this so it sounds proffesional. Any suggestions would be appreciated--thanks!

state the area where the work will be performed.description of what will be done.what materials will be used.cost of work. Example: Backyard only, all existing lawn will be removed and areas will be prepared for installation of sod( also state if grade or soil need correcting).perimeters of all bedding areas will edged with a single course of fieldstone boulders at a height of no more than 10" in height.backfilling will be done as necessary. We will supply all necessary labor, materials and disposal to complete the above work. state gaurentee if any. Total cost$ Just a sample, basically describe what will be done, where,Types of materials and specs. and how much. Don't get into your techniques of doing the job, example- dont tell them your going to use this machine or wrake this or that. Jmo. I'm sure I forgot something but hope it helps.
