Throwing around the thought.

Hey guys! Though not new to the industry, I have been throwing around the idea of opening a small nursery and supply yard. I currently have the opportunity to acquire a small piece of property with a storefront for a farm stand, with parking for my trucks and still a nice sized yard to stock materials and nursery material.

Are there special licenses required for a nursery? Also, how did most of you guys start out, as far as suppliers and receiving a big enough discount in order to stay competitive with your prices?

Thanks in advance for any input that you may have!
