new metro walk behind not taking much off grass

hey all i just bought a exmark metro 36" and when i went to cut today not much grass was coming off the top. i removed all the spacers on the casters and it was still not taking much off any suggestions????

This is why we quit buying fixed deck machines. I am not sure about the Exmarks, but see if you spindles have spacers as well to adjust cut height.
