1. Focus on marketing and selling at all times 2. Keep your existing customers happy 3. Market to your existing customers often 4. Be quick to bill clients and collect monies owed 5. Have excellent people working with and for you

Is this list prioritized #1 being the most important? I think # 5 should be at the top JMHO without them nothing gets done properly or profitably. Yes I know nothing happens until someone sells something.
