Does anybody know of a pesticide that is registered for use against white pine weevil (Pissodes strobi) on spruce trees?

Lindane, but you have to be very careful. You may want to cheak Metasystox-R, microinjection, may be labeled. They are constantly updating.

Plain ol DE around the trunk of the host works on weevil, saws off their legs.
