LED's anyone?

Has anyone used the new LED light fixtures? I like the idea, but I don't like the blue-ish white color. Specifically when used an Ach. features. I also heard a rumor about a larger LED (about the size of a T-3) instead of a "bank" of lights. Any truth?

I just read an artical the other day that said that they have made strides in getting rid of that blue light. It would be the greatest thing since sliced bread if they could come up with an LED that could put out the lumins of an MR16!! That's probably some years down the road.

LED Lights

We have a number of LED spots and well lights in our line. We feature them in stainless steel, brass and aluminum. Most of our LED fixtures are waterproof and are ideal for ponds , waterfalls etc. We have a 1" LED that can be put in a pond or mounted in rocks, mulch, cement, decks. It is available in colors also. The LED's use 1 watt or less so you can put many on a circuit. They are ideal for mounting in walkways or driveways. Our engineers have just finished a great paver LED this can change colors with our special transformer. Over the next few months we will introduce many great ideas with LED lights including the new super bright LED. We will feature them on this site as soon as possible.

I was thinking, something in an MR16 or bi-pin type lamp. The lamp is what I am talking about. The lamp is what does all the work, the fixture is the lamp holder.

Frog Lights LED's

Paul
We have many different fixtures in our product line and they use various lamp configurations. I also have many more coming soon. We have a great new paver lights with some larger shapes for patios. We have special lights to go in the mulch and planting beds. More waterproof fixtures for ponds and waterfalls. We have in stock also direct replacement LED lamps ...pull out the old MR16 and plug in a MR 16 LED up to 16 pcs per lamp. different colors. I do not have direct replacement for JC Bi pin yet. I will check our engineering spec's for the lumens and advise. When we finish our web up grade I will try to specify this detail. We are working on new photography but I have attached some old shots. The mini spots are a great item. 12v and less that a half amp each. I have a slightly larger model about 2 1/2 inches accross stainless waterproof. IP68 rating.
