Anyone out there just one day wake up get rid of everything except enough to pay the bills and make a little extra? If so would you do it again?

Not that drastic but I did kill off one route this year. Just had too many problems with the crew and it got to the point that it was easier to fire 2 guys and park the truck and let 42 customers go.
I will build a larger cash reserve before I set about starting another route. But I am sure I will be back to that and bigger.
