Kubota B21 & Lawn renovations.

Is the B21 a good choice for lawn renovations 1 acre & up?
Attachments would be aerator, Harley rake, boxscraper etc.
Is this a productive size for a lawn service to buy or would I be better off renting a larger tractor for these tasks?

The b21 is essentially a heavy duty b7500 with a backhoe. Having owned a b7500 for 6 seasons i can tell you it's a great machine for lawn care & light landscaping. I dont think you can run a harley rake with a 16 hp pto, you can aerate, mow and box scrape no problem.
