Help with carburetor on ford 600

I need to know if the carburetor is the same for a ford 600 as a 601. The carburetor has been rebuilt but when you put load on the tractor it floods out and it is very hard to start. Does anybody have any knowledge about this carburetor or what might be causing the problem? Thanks.

I am pretty sure the carbs are the same.

Does it flood out all the time or only when there's a load on it? The float could be bad or it could be sticking.

They are the same

Same carbs, I think Travis is right about the float. i had a 9n with the same problem, replaced the float and it was fixed.
