Well depending on how much clay you are using bagged mound and home plate clay is around $490 per pallet or $19.25 per bag and if you are interested in putting in clay bricks which is a very good idea and will cut down on maintanence to the mound it is about $2.60 per brick but will decrease in the amount that you buy.
Turface is probaly the best product but Diamond Pro, Pro's Choice, and some of the other type are good too.

ProEagle,
How many bricks does it take to fill in stressed areas on High school versus Little league fields? Are there any good reference sites to go to for this info? How much would you say to charge for renovating 5 mounds?
Ths for all the help?

Heres a perfect site for mound renovation:
http://www.diamondpro.com/how2_pitcher.html
It explains pretty much everything you need to know and shows you pictures also. It has what your asking for except the prices but I'd say the cost would be around $3000 for the materials for the 5 mounds or around $600 per mound + your labor fee.
