soccer field renovation

I am doing a Quote of a Private church school Soccer field. It had major Grub damage from last year and they are changing Mowing and fert companies. I am up for the bid and want to make sure I’m going about this in the proper way.

I need to level out the fields low areas its 200 x 485. I’m planning on 20 yards of top soil and 30 yards to top dress. They DO NOT have an unlimited budget and need to stay very cost effective. From what I have figured I really should have about 80 yards of top dressing. And possibly 30 -40 yards of topsoil. Ill be core aerating and over seeding at 8# per K and Fert.

Anyone know a price range for that size field? I have figured out what I plan to bid, I want to see if I am on par or not. Also what do you think of the amount of supplies planned? The field will be Closed for the spring and open in June for light use.
