lazer z pump whine

Hello, I have a lazer z i think its around a 02 model. The pumps seem to make a fair amount of noise - just when you start to move. They are also very sensitive and jumpy when first moving. Will changing the fluid help??

This is a retired commercial machine from a friend that has taken really good care of it, with regular fuild changes. It has around 1800 hrs on it.

Any thoughts would be great
