Cold Start Problem on Exmark Lazer Z

I'm having problems starting my Lazer Z from a cold start. When turning the ignition, there is a clicking noise, but the engine does not turn. It goes on for a few minutes, and several attempts. After a few minutes of this, it will turn and start right up. I've replaced the batter and spark plug already, but obviously I haven't solved the problem. When the engine is warm, there is no problem. Any thoughts?

How about posting model and spec. numbers off the engine so we can see what you have.

I would guess that you have a safety switch issue if it is a relay clicking. If the starter is clicking then you have a bad spot in the starter.
