H2b

Has anyone had problems with the H2B program? We are using a company that is heavily advertised on this website. We haven't received our workers, but other companies in our area have.

We now have 3 workers.....one came in March and the other two guys came today. Our workers are returning workers(they cane last year for the first time). They stopped processing in March then notified us last week that a new two week process went into place and apparently it worked. We still have not been notified concerning new first time workers for this year. The guota was reached in late Dec and congress hasn't inclease the quota. With all the activity on the hill I doubt if anything happens on new workers.

My guys were a month late. The company I use kept me well informed though.
