Scheduling Service?? Anyone ever try them?

I signed up for a scheduling service to answer the service line and they use a web based schedule that I can check and update whenever. They are going to use zip codes when scheduling so I am not zig zagging all over. Any input on people that have tried or use this service currently???

Is anyone interested in me updating what happens with this service in a week or two?

Will they be scheduling "turn-ons" exclusively? Do you give a limit / day? I looked into it over the winter and could not see how it would work. Will they also give you notes like -cust said clock n.g., broken head, cesspool installed , new driveway?
