contracts ?????

I need some help. I started my business 6 months ago and I love it. But I need help all my jobs have come from word of mouth and I am ready for some bigger jobs. I called a managment company and they said that all of their jobs go out for bid and I have never had to bid on any jobs before. Right now I base my fee at 25.00/hr. Is that to cheap? The commercial jobs are from my residential clients. If someone could e-mail me a simple contract and/or a bid proposal it would be most helpful. All my jobs are done on a handshake agreement for now and I feel I am ready for the big league.
