Intergrated Bum Management...

OKAY, I have several homeless encampments on commercial sites. They are drinking and littering and human waste can be seen in the bushes. How do you manage bums?

Man, where the hell are you cutting? What sites are these if you don't mind me asking?

Try a gardenhose or the police. The owner of these properties doesn't mind bums living in his landscaping?

I wanted to bring this up again as Seattle's homeless population grows each summer. This is a problem, they leave trash in landscapes, cook on open fires in mulched beds, broken bottles, needles, soiled toilet paper, empty food bank cans. What does everyone else do aside from planting thorns and the like...

thats ridiculous, thats what shelters are for, mow around it each time, so make it look bad and tell people to clean it up
