14hp kaw blade clutch

I have a 3 yr old scag w/b mower that I can't get the blade clutch to work.Would like to know how to ck.thanks.

i just had a problem with my scag 48 inch walk behind. if you mean the clutch wont engage, maybe you have the problem i had. my idler pulley bearings went inside the pulley. the dealer said theyve had to replace quite a few with he same problem. they fixed me up and i was back on my way.
