Recommendations for 36" walk behind mower

With apologies to those of you who have been on this site for a while if this has been asked already, I need recommendations for a 36" walk-behind for lawns and heavier grass (I live in a rural area and some jobs involve rough areas of fescue/weeds as well as more normal bermuda lawns). Price is of course important.

If you have an Exmark dealer near you I would go have a talk with them. Check out the Metro belt drive, I love mine plenty of power and a great good price as well.

I have a 36" Toro belt drive that I use to cut just about ANYTHING! The price was resonable and I have encountered very few issues.

I got a Quick 36 Samurai last week and have been very impressed. I would recommend the machine to anyone. And spend the extra money for the Kawi engine.
