The very 1st trimmer I ever saw was a Robin, and that was prob atleast 30 years ago. My best friends dad came home with it one day and we were amazed, no more hand trimming with thoose hand shears/scissors and it almost elimanted the push mower also

The first trimmer my dad bought in the mid 70's was a electric "Weed-Eater" - I was in love !!!!

Equipment

My first ooggling over power machines was in late 60's, early 70's ( just a little tike), when my grandfather bought my Dad a Sunbeam 3.5 hp cast deck
mower. This had a B&S engine and the most rugged deck I have ever seen even today. Panzer tank quality. He still uses it today. Orange deck, white top cover with stripes. Can't wait to inherit it.
