ASV Hourly Rate?
I bought a new ASV RC100 to use primarliy for brush cutting. However, I have a guy interested in me doing some bucket work with it. What is the average going rate?

Find out what other guys are charging in your area. I've heard of skid steer rates as low as $50 an hour, we get $75 an hour for our 216 and got $85 an hour for our 277B. Our rates are on the higher end of the spectrum as I'd say $65 an hour for a 1500 pound ROC skid steer is a good national average. Prices across the US can be all over the board so check locally.

On small jobs I include driving time.
I shoot for 65 an hour. I also like too get at least 500 dollars a day. But remeber you have a big machine that works much faster than a smaller skid steer. So do not penalize yourself for having a productive machine. At full throttle it will burn several gallons an hour so do not let the fuel usage catch you off guard. |
