Toro 7200 Groundsmaster

Anybody see this new Toro 7200? Sure does look like a sweet mower, Do you think it overkill for residental lawns?

Haven't seen it in person - just video. Overkill for residence - yes - unless you have acre properties that your doing. I am considering a demo cuz I like the snow blower attachment to that machine - tracks, cab, TORO! Utilize one machine for different seasons!
