Treadmill

I run on the treadmill from time to time, and I spray silicone under the belt so it operates smoothly. I was wondering if fluid film will work any better. Basically I want it to last longer because I'm too lazy to re-apply the silicone so many times. If I don't use the silicone there's too much friction when I walk/jog/run on the belt. I don't want to spray it on there and find out I messed something up.

If you're using silicone on your treadmill belt then you can certainly use Fluid Film, and it will last a heck of a lot longer.

Just don't let your treadmill become a place to hang your clothes.
