How many weekly customers do you have?

How many regular weekly customers do you have and do you use contracts?

Are you referring to mowing? I don't think anybody in here really has a "weekly" customer.........this forum is more towards installations vs maint.

I have 25 weekly outdoor maintenance contracts & an additional 35 chemical contracts. I stay solo & it keeps me busy Mon - Fri.

14 lawns, 24 snow, 8 house checks, 4 just for odd jobs, 50 total customers, 15 of which are year round accounts for everything.

I have 40 weekly accounts and they are all under contract, some T & M some bid. They are all year around accounts.

I Have About 45 Weekly Customers And They Are Ala Carte . I Have Thought About Using Contracts But Like The Large Money I Get In The Spring And Fall. Does Anyone Have A Blank Contract They Use ?
