looking for advice on how to bid new development. realtor has contacted me about bidding on 50 twinhomes 6 to 8000 sq ft without home all will have sprinkler systems and will need weekly mowing/trimming i do not know size of homes at this point and as of now there are 0 homes there would like to bidthis job as per home basis so i can get in on ground floor any suggestions would help

You'll need more info to bid this job correctly. Ask for blueprints of model homes and you will also need driveway size and landscaping plans. Check into weather there is any sloping of lots or terraces. I have never done a job like this but I would think the first couple of years would be pretty hard on equipment too, flat tires from nails and things like that.
