Do a search for business plan template and go from there.

in all reality...

go to the libray, and get a book on creating a real business plan, alot of the templates are very incomplete in my opinion.......

i couldnt beleive how many books there where to help with this.......my banker and my accountant was even very impressed with the plan i wrote up, said it really covered everything

i wish you wher closer i would let you have mine for free...
