contracts

I have under 150 properties and only use contracts for commercial accounts. I do not plan on using a contract for residental, but wanted to be able to give my customers some info. on what to expect from us and what we expect from them. Does anyone have a good example of what they use.

thanks,
Jason Bingham

Just keep it simple, and make it alittle friendlier than your commercial contracts. Just out line the price, Mowing frequency, Payment terms, lenght of contract, and have them sign. Just keep it to one page.

Yes use the words "SERVICE AGREEMENT" instead of contract.
