Just mis manage it and it will go wrong. Get in at the wrong time (Many variables) and wrong location with the wrong clientele and it can go wrong.

Garden center/nursery. That way my nursey could sell plants to my landscape co. Then any landscape services from nursery would go to landscape co. Money coming and money going. Also would like to open a green recycle center. That way I could charge landscape co to dump then compost and sell it to the other two businesses. Wife thinks I'm completely nuts know

This was not my first pick of things to do but its not bad. I originally planned on being a firefighter and hopefully will be soon. If not though I would really like to own a nice/classy bar/pool hall, not a suit/tie type of thing but not a biker bar if you know what I mean. either that or a company like microsoft.
