Lawn Problem---

For the past two years, as winter sets in, more & more of my green lawn
turns turns tan-colored and weedy-looking. We've been using Scott fertilizer
on a four-season basis, lawn watering (especially during July-September
heat), and I need your ideas before I tear out this weed-like mess.

Thank you for your help.
