new client forms
Does anyone have a form made out for new customers? What i want is a form i can take to a potential new client's house when im giving an estimate and all i have to do is fill in the info. This will help with me forgetting to get important info and having to call them back later and make myself look unprofessional. I would just like to look at a few examples to base mine on. Thanks
