Thanks for the comments and advice guys! I forgot to mention in my first post that i will still be working for my old boss until i have enough accounts to keep me busy. He is cool like that. I will be working in the same town but i will never bid on a yard he already has. I thought this year would be a good year seeing as how most of the commercial guys here arent getting any younger and a few are quiting. I hear people talking about market saturation and i have seen it here in our small town. We have about 8 commercial guys in a town of 6000 people. We do live in a mainly retirement community. I just tell people i hope they like to mow and i hope they didnt quit there day job just yet. thanks again!
