(Pics) What would you guys suggest as far as Aerating and Verticutting
Alright, I'm looking at some help as far as $$ goes on this job. They want the lawn Aerated and possibly verticut. What would you guys charge for each? together?

What type of grass is it? Looks like Turf Type Tall Fescue but hard to tell. Also looks like there is some bermuda in it. What type of soil do you guys have out in Kansas? Does this customer have irrigation?
Why would you verticut? I can see Aerating, Seeding and Fertilizing for around $300-$400. Not sure of the exact Sq Ft, and many guys do it different. The going rate in my area is $25 per 1,000. So a 10,000 sq ft lawn would cost $250 this includes everything.

Yeah I beleive its the fescue and bermuda.
She has no irrigation, and really does not do much to take care of the yard. I was thinking around that price range too, thanks a lot for the input. Anyone else got a ball park on this one?
