Is there any business gas credit cards out there that you do not have to PG

Yes Shell, Sunoco, Conco/76. They are the only ones that are not net30 accounts.

So I need my DUNS # and my ein to apply for stuff right? EIN being the number that my local business admin. appoints me or from the CCR web site?

According to my attorney, this is not true. Your perosnal possessions are at risk unless you have a Corporation of some sort formed. LLCs only protect partners from each other's negligence. If you are a sole prop operating under an LLC with no partners, you are still just as exposed.

Again, I am not a lawyer........just telling you what my lawyer told me.

im not a lawyer either, but LIMITED liability sounds like there would still be liability, hence limited.

He explained to me that it limits your liability from other's mistakes......not from your own. That is where the limited comes in......I dunno. I am not trying to argue......just making sure we all do more than enough to cover ourselves.......people are VERY "sue happy" these days.
