I really need help

Hey i really need some help on bidding on this job. They want a spring clean up . The property is about 1/2 acre and has a very small frount yard. They have about 5 gardens and they are all full with leaves. The back yard is split into 2 levels and is not accesible by truck. The yard has branches and leaves alond with the beds. Can some one tell me what they would charge so i can get a idea. I was thinking around 200-250? is that to much.
