Flyer Help

I have seen people on here show there flyer and on some of them they have a sticky note that says something about there service. My question is how did they go about getting it to work.How did they design it.Thanks for the help

Not quite sure what your talking about. The only sticky note I've seen is the one I put on Corey's flyer, is that the one your talking about?

it's a jpeg image, bring it into any photo program and replace the text with the text you want.
