power raking/dethatching

Wondering what you guys get usually for power raking and or dethatching service for regular size lots.
Do any of you guys use attachments to either walkbehinds or riders for this work or all walkbhind power rake units.

We have a JARCO dethatcher that works good and will fit on the front of a WB or ZTR.

I don't like dethatching regularly, causes to much turf stress. I prefer to aerate every year in stead. You will get some thatch control while aerating. Only dethatch on lawns that are going to be re done. IMO.
