How much to maintain this field PICS

i recently lost this contract to a lowball bidder...Its the local high school football field...The contract goes from april to october approx 32 cuts..twice a week during high growth rates..they also fertilize it..Many times i would have to double cut it to make it look presentable..what would you guys bid??? Thanks
