Site formatting assist please (Dreamweaver 8)

Recently uploaded my first site and found a couple issues that I could use some help on. Site was created in Dreamweaver8 if that helps and the web address is www.ferttek.com. Critiques welcome, I know I have some broken links to fix as well as this issue.

If you look at the home page you will notice that in the left hand column (black one) the orange header called turf tips isn't all the way to the top like it should be, although it is correct when I preview it in my browser. You will also notice that I have a similar issue on the other three pages as well that will also need to be corrected. If you can help me fix the home page I can apply that to the other three. I assume you are going to suggest changing the code please be specific since I know zero about code.

I'll let others critique your html
I'd go nuts looking through nested tables to try to format something.

Freshfitz, there are some issues and missing text that must be taken care of including yours on the contacts page. Thanks for mentioning it just the same. I didn't mention it because it was one of the errors that I think I know how to fix. Right now I am looking for help from those who know web design to assist me with the header issues. This site went up two days ago (supposed to be a month ago) and still needs work. We are just coming into season and this posting this site is what I call a soft rollout due to no one except LS members knowing about it right now.

Newspaper ads starting this week as well as bulk mailings.

Dave, I am a newbie when it comes to web design. Once I find where the style sheet was lost how or where do I put it into the site. Sorry might be a dumb question but a lot of this stuff is new to me and I am still learning. What you see is what I did on my own. Minimal help from anyone.

Do you think that the nested tables might be causing some of the formatting issues?

What do you think about having your phone number on every page, don't make people look for your phone number, since your adjusting your pages I thought to float the idea,

Sorry fellas for not posting lately, we have had a death in the family and it has been a trying couple days. I will revisit all my posts soon and make changes that were recommended or reply to others. Thank you for all your help.
