Kawasaki 17HP RPM's

I have a Kaw. 17HP (FH500V), and would like to increase the rpm's. It is currently running at 3450-3500 rpm's with no load. I know that this can be bumped up, I am just not familar with the procedure. Any advise would be appreciated.

You'll see 2 10mm bolts on a plate (where the throttle cable is) just loosen them, and raise the plate up alittle. You'll see that one side has room for adjustment. Mine under load is at 3600-3650.
