Customer Support
I am wondering where the good customer support I have heard about is at in Tennessee. I contacted the dealer nearest to me listed on the Excel homepage, they said they no longer carry the Hustler equipment. I was told to contact Tieco, also located here in TN. I e-mailed Tieco almost two weeks ago with no reply. I am interested in replacing a Scag walkbehind in the spring with the hustler, but I cannot do it without a dealer.
Thanks for any and all information.

Hey there Tenn neighbor.
As I was told, the dealerships here in Tenn will be changing. The support will get better too. If you need anything email either myself or better yet mowerconsultant, he can help with everything. Good luck!
