Well,

In the past we've always billed per job so we didn't get screwed. But, next season we're going to a per month system. Per job is too big of a headach with late payers. Just something you'll end up learning on your own.
And you should be able to (easily) pull a Velkie or "sulkie" (cart), behind the 36". But it is kinda of a pain to use a Velkie w/ a 36" in my experience.
