Hi Dale, let me throw my 2 cents in here It would help to know what Walbro carbs you are working on, wa and wt ? What rebuild kits did you use ?
Could you have used the wrong kit on the wrong carb ? In other words, could the kit for carb A gone on carb B ? Now I'm no expert on Walbro carbs
I might rebuild 2 or 3 a month So what ever you did do, the needle is not closing, so did you replace the tiny spring and check the setting ? On the Walbro site, if I remember right, it will explain how to do that in the manual for diapham carbs. It also has a trouble shooting chart I have to agree with the guys, replacing the carbs is the easy way to go, but if you have alot of time.......
