Kohler 14HP stalls, won't start hot

I have a 14HP Kohler Command on a Simplicity tractor that starts just fine cold, but once warm it stalls and won't start again until cooled down. Replaced spark plug, fuel filter, air filters, cleaned carb. Any help appreciated.

Do you have spark after the engine stalls ?

Sounds like the ignition module (coil) is heating up and dropping spark.
