Mulch portion of quote is right in line, may be a little high on the clean-up.

Edging 100, pruning 100, weeding 90-270, mulch cedar 510.

Big variable is the weeding, and then the number of plants. A few weeds not a big deal, fully overgrown with old fabric=off the charts cost.

I would say you are right in line if you think so. Never go lower than you think your worth. Just learn to sell your services better. I regularly am 40% higher in mulch than my average competitor. However these people are not really competition. I fully clean beds, not just cut down and also provide far superior mulch and installation techiniques. I have no problem getting mulch jobs. Let the other guy do it for cost. If a potential customer is complaining about the price than it is not a customer you want. If you do go down than you will always be asked to go down. Then you will get calls from all his friends expecting the "bro deal".
