Leasing my Dream Truck

Hopefully in my future is what I see as the ideal 'scapers' truck for my particular set of circumstances.

I'm thinking about selling my 96 F-250 4 X 4 and leasing a larger truck for my two man operation. Of course, I'm talking about an F-550

Ideally a diesel...manual or automatic doesn't really matter. Not sure which tranny would be better though

What would the typical lease terms be on a this truck w/12 foot non dumping stake side or flat bed?? I'd possibly add a hook lift to it aftermarket then take it back off at lease return.

Better to lease the truck with the hook lift attached?

What is the preferred way to set up the truck and get it financed?
