Corn Gluten shelf life?

How well does corn gluten meal store? I would like to buy in bulk but I do not have many applications yet.

Are mice attracted to it?
Must you keep it airtight?
I was told that by a distributer that there is not expiration date attached, but will the active ingredients become less potent over time?

As long as you keep it dry and not in prolonged humidity you should be all right. The mice LOVE it. That will be your biggest hurdle in storage. Nothing like grabbing a 15lb bag (it should be 50lbs) off of the pallet and seeing a mouse sized hole in there.
